With over 30 years of trusted experience in the seafood industry, Wilkinson Seafood has established itself as a premier provider of wholesale seafood products. 

Wilkinson Wholesale Seafoods (1993-2006) 

Founded in 1993 by Trevor Wilkinson and his son Aaron Wilkinson, Wilkinson Wholesale Seafoods quickly became one of the leading wholesale seafood suppliers in Southeast Queensland. The business thrived due to its commitment to personal service and the consistent quality of its seafood products. In 2006, after over 13 successful years, Wilkinson Wholesale Seafood was acquired by the Solomon Food group.

Wilkinson Seafood (July 2015-Current) 

In July 2015, Aaron Wilkinson, the original owner of Wilkinson Wholesale Seafoods, teamed up with Stephen Summerfield, (nickname "Top Dog"), a former employee of the same company, to establish Wilkinson Seafood. Together, they bring over 30 years of experience in the seafood industry and a reputable standing in the marketplace.

Recognizing an unmet consumer need within the wholesale seafood sector, Aaron and Stephen decided to leverage their expertise to provide a personal service alongside the highest quality seafood products to their clients.

All staff at Wilkinson Seafood are carefully selected from the industry, ensuring that the knowledge and experience within the company is unparalleled.

Wilkinson Seafood offers an exceptional range of seafood products, including fresh oysters, prawns, fish, and a variety of frozen items sourced both locally and internationally.

We proudly provide service six days a week, reaching as far north as Logan and as far south as Lennox Head. Our trading hours are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 2 pm, and Saturday from 7 am to 9 am.
